President, Tonya Bowser, is the owner of The Old General Store and Independent Stylist for Stella & Dot. Tonya became involved with the chamber in fall of 2008 and was first elected president in 2009. She greatly enjoys being involved in the community and all the activity that goes on in her home town. Her desire and motivation for serving as Chamber President is to see the local commerce and area grow and expand, while maintaining the small hometown feel that she grew up with & to pass that legacy on to future generations.

Ashley Ward is the Administrative Assistant for Dave’s Electric. Dave’s Electric Heating and Cooling provides service and new construction work for heating, cooling and electrical work. Ashley is active in the chamber as a means to become more involved in our community.

American Legion Post 253

Treasurer: Linda Land, is the administrative assistant at the biggest-little post in Indiana. The American Legion has been a member of the Chamber since its inception. Post 253 is a member of the world's largest veterans organization and they take pride in assisting this communities veterans and their family members with a wide variety of services. Linda has served on the board for 4 years and is a great help at relaying information back to the post officers to coordinate and schedule events within the community.

Phil Biehl, co-owner of Stamp-N-Toys has served on the board since 2007. Phil and his wife Jan retired from factory life and started their store based on their hobbies. They have been in their store location for almost 7 years but have had the toy business on EBay and at shows for over 15 years. Phil joined the Chamber to stay informed on what is going on in our community and share ideas pertaining to local business.

Sue Ward, co-owner of Sue’s Creations, and has been a member of the Chamber for over 20 years. Sue started her business in 1982 with her husband Steve. Over the years she has been involved with the Lady Lions, participated in the original sidewalk days and has given over 5000 roses away in the community through the FTD Good Neighbor Day. Sue joined the board to help support retail and community growth here in our township.

Vice President: Helen Leinbach, is the Director of the North Webster Community Library where she has worked since 1990. She got involved in the Chamber to support local businesses and help them grow in 2006. As a Chamber officer, she aspires to bring resources that are helpful to the attention of the entire business area and has a desire to help build a stronger more vital community.

Dennis Wagoner owner of Ace Hardware has served on the board for so long he can’t remember when he started, but it was some time in the early 80’s. Dennis has been a partner in Ace Hardware sine 1976 and has solely owned the store since 2006. He enjoys being a part of the responsibility in directing an organization, and hopes to help encourage all businesses to be encouraging toward other businesses. Along with serving on the Chamber Board, Dennis also serves on the Community Center board.

Richard Armstrong is the Vice President of Association Resources for YMCA Camp Crosley. Richard had been with Camp Crosley since 1997 and with YMCA for 18 years. Camp Crosley started out as eight acres of land in 1921 and has grown to over 225 acres with multiple buildings and a full staff. Richard is very involved with fundraising and community functions and hopes to contribute his experience and knowledge to the Chamber as a board member.
